I've worn the shorts on two 6 mile runs and washed them twice (hang to dry). As long as it stays without shrinkage. As stated in the product description, they are small. I usually buy Medium in the US; However, I ordered the larger ones and they fit perfectly. In addition, these shorts are fully lined, including the legs. The side and back pockets are very small. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and have ordered another one.

See many bad and stupid reviews. First, they're running shorts, so naturally they're going to be snug. Take the size you usually wear and they will fit you. Example: I am 5ft 9" on average and the LG fits perfectly. I run a lot while in the military and they are comfortable running. The only thing I can say was wrong with these shorts is the color. it's not "army green" at all, lol. I don't know what color it is, but it's not army green. Don't listen to reviews.

They are very small. I bought 4 pairs of large ones but they fit like small ones. By mistake they sent XXL, but it fits better. I bought these shorts, got a size XXL based on waist and prayed they would fit. I have about a 38-40" waist and my hips are about 24" in circumference and they were a bit big. Especially with the compression short layer there was more freedom than should be in the legs, I decided based on the size of the waist. For someone my size, that's reassuring! I will also say that the phone case was smaller than I expected compared to the picture, it still fits my OnePlus 6 well (6.15" x 3" thin body).
