I had the exact same issue others have listed. When first installed, fuel flowed freely from the lower drain valve. When I tried to close the valve, the thumbscrew broke. In the end I managed to close the valve with pliers, but my problems didn't end there. I tried to refuel my tractor but a lot of fuel started leaking out from under the top cup/O-ring. I tried several times to adjust the bowl and o-ring but in the end I concluded that the product was defective. Revain's customer service was very prompt (without delay) and courteous. I got my money back very quickly and didn't have to return the product due to fuel contamination.
