Review on Xeneta by Jason Spainhour

The ease of use, it offers many features that are useful in our daily work as logistic professionals like shipment tracking or cost management for example; also they provide great customer service which helps us solving any problem we face during working hours (24/7).

I don't have anything particular against this software but if you want something very simple then maybe go another way because their interface could be more intuitive at least from my point view! We can track shipments easily by using xenetas system so there's no need anymore about paper documents where everything was written manually before sending them off via courier services etc.; all information related will now appear online thanks to xenets systems capabilities.
