While looking for a mountain bike hip pack I bought both the Evoc Hip Pack Pro and the Osprey Savu 5. The Evoc Hip Pack Pro offers more storage space than the Osprey Savu 5. The Osprey has a key ring clip in the main compartment, Evoc places the clip in the more accessible zippered side pocket(s). The Evoc waist belt is more comfortable and can be adjusted for some elastic tension. Osprey bottle cages make it a lot easier to load bottles while riding. Evoc places the empty bottle in the handlebar pouch(es) and then snips the full ones out of the packaging. Rear airflow is slightly better on the Evoc. The Osprey has a better place for a cell phone, but there's no padding in the Osprey pocket. The Evoc doesn't have a dedicated phone pocket big enough for today's phones. Evoc is my choice mainly because of the larger size and more compartments. I don't think I'll ever use an Evoc chamber as it shortens storage and two bottles will suffice.
