Ordered for my wife, arrived in perfect condition. Excellent cooks and cleans

Ordered for my wife, arrived in perfect condition. Ideal for cooking and cleaning. I ordered another one because she likes it so much. It arrived today and it's badly scratched and I don't know if I can fix it with paint paint. So I guess it's hit or miss on what you get.
