I made my own 12v dc buss for my 5th wheel RV battery mods. I used this for my straight and added the screw holes I added for the connection points with thick copper rod over them. I was able to heat the screws slowly enough that I could pull the screw heads to melt them in that subline so that the screw heads were embedded in the plastic and couldn't be exposed to the surface I was mounting them to. It was thick enough to melt into the screw heads but thick enough to be strong enough for its purpose. I saved real money by making my own 12v dc rail with a positive and a negative rail.
