Computer Precision-Cut with the cleanest cut edges in the industry. Cell Cast Acrylic - the cleanest plastic to etch, engrave, drill, laser, cut w/ no gummed edges. Sheets are 1/2” thick and are nominally noted as 12” x 12” (actual 11.78” x 11.78”). Half the weight of glass with 17x times the strength. Impact shatter resistant with great resistance to solvents and scratching.

Misadvertising in Raw Materials

I don't need to read the fine print when ordering a foot-wide piece of plastic that's actually 11 7/8. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Great for insulating straight busbars for my high current RV 12v dc buss

I made my own 12v dc buss for my 5th wheel RV battery mods. I used this for my straight and added the screw holes I added for the connection points with thick copper rod over them. I was able to heat the screws slowly enough that I could pull the screw heads to melt them in that subline so that the screw heads were embedded in the plastic and couldn't be exposed to the surface I was mounting them to. It was thick enough to melt into the screw heads but thick enough to be strong enough for its…
