Review on ONIVA Mustard Picnic Roll Top Backpack – A Stylish and Versatile Outdoor Companion by Albert Wallin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Large, great for everyday use, uncomfortable for hiking

We specifically ordered this backpack for a trip to the zoo where we wanted to take food away and keep it cool. The backpack is thick and feels durable, but not comfortable enough for hiking (as the video suggests). The top of the straps are sewn onto the backpack low enough that the top can roll down, but I also found that this meant the backpack was constantly slipping off my shoulders, which caused a bit of discomfort when carrying it. I would probably try a different style (even without the creases) if I were to buy it again. This kept our ice really cold, so that on a warm July day from 9:30am to 4:00pm by the end of the day the ice blocks were almost completely frozen. The bag is very large and holds plenty of food and extra water, and we love the extra pocket for other items. Water bottle pockets are wide and tall and perfect for carrying large water bottles throughout the day. In general, it's suitable for short trips, and if you don't wear it for a long time, we like to use it for boat trips and car trips with short hikes.
