Works well but the glass is very fragile
Please note that the glass is very thin and can break easily. After about two months of ownership and fairly infrequent use (15 clicks max) the glass insert broke (without being overly aggressively or mishandled). I only hand washed this item. That being said it certainly works great as a press - if you want a cheap glass press it should work just fine - just be extra careful with washing/treating so it will last longer than mine.
