I don't know what it is but it is NOT a semi-cured gel polish
They peeled off in less than 24 hours. I've used other brands with success - they last AT LEAST a week, if not 2. They were very thick, smelled like plastic or rubber, and didn't harden or "cure" when cured. I scratched the itchy spot on my face (very gently - very light pressure) and it came right off my nail. I do NOT recommend.
