My son found a creative way to add a teardrop to our sofa (hooray! - I mean boo!). I wanted to keep using the couch, but I had to fix the gap to keep it from growing. After researching some sewing methods online I set out to find a repair kit that had the tools needed to make the repair and this seemed like the right solution. From several different colored threads, I chose one that harmonizes perfectly with the material of the sofa. The kit is great and has more than what I need for a renovation. There are several different needles and I found one that suited my needs and got to work. The repair took about 5 minutes and I was ready. It's holding up great and the sofa is working again. It's not that I want to do more of these repairs (it was quite fun), but it's nice to know that I have plenty of consumables in this set in case I need to do more repairs in the future.
