The reports are extremely helpful for making decisions on the most efficient use of your labor. It would be nice to be able to print the reports in the format that we want instead of having to print off the PDF version. We've been able to use the software to manage the labor and shift scheduling with a much higher degree of accuracy than we would have by manual scheduling.
