We have been looking for scooters for my 3 year old boy for a long time. Well let me tell you it's worth every penny! The three-wheel design allows it to keep it upright, but you use the deck to make turns, which allows it to develop balance and confidence, which can eventually translate into the ability to skateboard on a longboard. The scooter itself has a weight that cheaper competitors don't. It's thicker metal and the construction is solid! I think it's much safer. I recommend it!
