Overall very disappointed with this product. Bought in January 2020 and worked great until the end of May 2020. stopped working I went through all the different tricks I could find online and with tech support. Although, to be honest, the technical support team seems a bit small. Finally they said send it back. I asked for a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and address but the response was I just sent it back. So I found Aluratek's address online and sent it back. We are now in the third week waiting for the result but don't have much hope. I know my package arrived (thanks USPS) but it seems to have fallen into a dark abyss. It's stupid of me not to be more thorough. So now I don't have a purchase/refund price and am looking for another solution.
