I like how easy it was to use for my business. The customer service from Map Tech has been amazing! They have helped me several times in getting back up after an issue occurred during our testing process. Nothing at this time but we are working together very well so far. We had issues when trying out their products before purchasing them as they were not clear enough about what features would be included in each package or which one best fits your needs. So make sure you ask questions prior to buying these types of programs because there might still be some things left unanswered by the sales team. It helps us keep track of where customers go within stores once they're done shopping.
