Hanging animation clock

I was very happy with my watch while it ran but it didn't last long because the spring steel that allows the hand to move back and forth is too thin and of poor quality so mine only lasted about nine hours. weeks and it broke! And there is no way to fix it, so I wrote off the money thrown away! Dick Lynn I just want the manufacturer to find a solution to their problem!
