I have a laptop that I use for Discord and gaming with terrible sound quality. I've tried several different speakers with it and the problem is always the same: people on the other end say I sound like I'm disappearing. This device works great. I appreciate that this is a true plug and play device. No drivers or software required. Simply plug into a free port and you're done. The wide angle camera allows people on the other end to see everyone at the table and we had no issues with me or the general sound quality.
