This seller stands behind the product. If you have ANY issue, they provide a business card in the box with the shipment where you can email them directly. They respond immediately & offer solutions. These manicure/pedicure tools are good stainless quality at a great low price for home use. And, I liked the additional photos of each tool and its name so I know what it is used for. Everything you could possibly need and more. The set comes secured in a compact case. I plan to buy more!
