NO ITEMS!: Headphones

I received the Dualpow charging box and a change of clothes and ear pads with no headphones in the box on March 6th and would like my bluetooth headphones to be shipped to me so that I can do this can use my product as intended, when i decided to make this purchase i am very upset because my product is not what i ordered. Who do I need to speak to to have my headphones shipped to me? I need to have my purchase repaired immediately Thank you!
