You get what you pay for

This thing works, but there are a few problems. First, ground coffee seeps through the bottom of the unit everywhere. No matter what I do, after I grind the coffee, there's a pile of coffee grounds underneath. Even if you put the lid on and press the grind button, sometimes it wants to work, sometimes it doesn't. It always works in the end, but hitting the button is hit or miss. I'm asking for a refund, it's just not what I expected.
