Snowfalls are good there, the road is not cleaned often, so I approached the choice of rubber with special requirements: non-studded - I still wanted silence, good grip both in the city and on the highway, controllability, predictability, confidence. The UltraGrip Ice Arctic SUV fit the bill and never let it down. Excellent handling both in the city and off-road, quiet, soft, easily out of the rut, though as soon as it gets very warm it loses its properties. After the first winter, I realized that the rubber works out its money at 100%.
