I use them several times a week. Leave them overnight to save time in the morning. When I'm done, I take them out, comb my hair and apply hairspray. They are ideal for preventing heat damage and saving time. I highly recommend. Sleeping in curlers may seem strange at first, but once you get used to it, it becomes comfortable.
