I love how it helped me automate our workflows for our support staff. Also, the ability to have it in the cloud was helpful for our staff to use it at home when on the go. Nothing that I found to dislike. Honestly, I would love to see them build more integrations into their app (like with our 3rd-party application) to make it easy to pull our info from different sources. If you are serious about workflows or need an application to help you automate your workflows, I would recommend this software. It is very user-friendly. It allowed us to build our own workflows for our team to easily do the work for us. I like that we can easily get reports, alerts, etc. in one place. We used to have several different tools for this but now it is all under one roof. It would be nice if they could make some more customization options available instead of just having the same set up over and over again. This was for our internal use only so there isn't much customer service issues to deal with here. We were able to centralize all of our reports within one place.
