Great tool/platform helps keep everything together

I love how it helped me automate our workflows for our support staff. Also, the ability to have it in the cloud was helpful for our staff to use it at home when on the go. Nothing that I found to dislike. Honestly, I would love to see them build more integrations into their app (like with our 3rd-party application) to make it easy to pull our info from different sources. If you are serious about workflows or need an application to help you automate your workflows, I would recommend this…

  • Ability create/edit any kind o report needed without coding knowledge required,
  • Great way keep track records via dashboarding system which saves time as well
