Good quality in the past, now junk. I bought these screws two years ago and the screw heads were 11.6mm in diameter. The screws I received today (May 21, 2018) are only 9.6mm in diameter - only 57% of the screw head area. The smaller screw heads are dwarfed by plastic washers, and the smaller head has twice the load. Looks like someone decided to cut corners at Shenzhen Screw Factory #17. I will attach a picture of the old screw and the new screw side by side. Edit: I just checked and according to the DIN 7985 / ISO 7045 specs, the head diameter of the M6 pan head screw should be between 11.57mm and 12mm. The old bolts were probably just modified to meet those specs, but the new ones are totally out of spec, they're smaller, and calling them M6 bolts is false advertising. I mean, if you're ignoring the spec, why bother with heads at all? Headless screws are probably a lot cheaper to make - and profitable!
