worst customer service and worst product! I had problems with the modem and router combo I bought. I bought these products to replace an old Actiontec modem that we had for a number of years in the hope that our home Wi-Fi would improve. Well, the internet would work just fine, and then once a month or so it would stop working altogether. Called Netgear about 4 times in the first 90 days. Every time I spoke to them on the phone for about an hour, they walked me through a few steps and eventually got it working. This week I called very upset because for no apparent reason it was not working again. I know it's not my service provider's fault because Netgear support made it work every time I call them. However, this time I was told that I had to purchase the support pack as my 90 day warranty had expired. It costs me $89 for 6 months! I said where to put your "support package". There is no way I would invest more money in this product. Plugged in my 15 year old Actiontec modem and got it up and running in minutes!
