Chai Latte without all the sugar
I recently bought this and added it to my morning ritual. After a workout, I mix this with almond or coconut milk and drink it before coffee or tea. I'd suggest getting a shaker cup so you really get rid of any lumps, or I'd also mix it up with fresh herbs and almond or coconut milk in a blender. Anyway, the flavor is amazing and I feel like I'm getting my chai latte without all the sugar. When you're on a strict diet, you need to get enough protein, and that gives me plenty of it. Excellent goods.
