Surprised how well it worked
This injector is much better than plastic models sold in supermarkets with a short needle, you have 3 needles, one with several holes, pour the marinade into a jar, to pull out the marinade. Make sure the needle is fully inserted before injecting. As much as you would like our turkey to contain all of the marinade. We made her a fun observation of how the legs and drums swell best.
