I wore this jacket for over an hour in rain ranging from light to heavy rain. I was dry as hell so I'm happy! I only have a few minor complaints. #1, the zipper seems to catch a bit on the fabric. As long as you're careful and slow when zipping or unzipping, you *should* be fine. #2, the pulleys on the hood do not have a "spring loaded" feature that holds the tension cords in place. A little weird. But it seemed to stay taut when I pulled hard on it for the most part. All in all, it seems like a worthwhile purchase. It kept me pretty dry which is why I bought it.
