Review on 🚗 DIAGKING BMW INPA K+DCAN Diagnostic Cable with Switch for E-Series, Compatible with BMW E39 E46 and ISTA SSS NCS Coding WINKFP Programming by Adrian Smart

I bought this cable to run some diagnostic tests on my E39. Arrived quickly, well packaged with DVD. The instructions for each program that needs to be installed may require some work. It's pretty technical and there are half a dozen different things to install and calibrate. The menu isn't intuitive either. I installed most of the hardware to the point where I could hook up the scanner to the car and assume the ignition was on and working. However, I couldn't bring myself to read anything. I sent a message to their tech support via Skype, they replied to me within 30 minutes on a Friday evening and he used the TeamViewer program (included on the DVD) to remotely control my laptop and complete the installation and everything was in less time ready to use than 10 minutes. Now I just have to brush up on my German and get to know the software a little better. Overall I am happy with the product and very impressed with the technical support. However, a slightly better guide can help with the installation process.
