This product helped me solve and fix a long standing problem with my BMW. The technical support was amazing, with the help of Teamviewer he installed this program on his old laptop. This cable and software is excellent. I had problems installing it on a laptop, but the seller responded quickly and completed the installation through Team Viewer. I have a 2011 bmw e90. I used this software to recode the module and diagnose an ABS wheel speed sensor problem. Works great, saved a lot of money myself. Highly recommended cable and software!

The cable itself does exactly what I needed - it connects to my 2002 BMW E39 diagnostic interface and allows you to use INPA, GT1/DIS, NCSExpert etc. Luckily I already had the software. My computer reported 4 virus warnings when scanning the supplied (blank) DVD, so I didn't try to install anything from the disc. The warnings might have been wrong, but I didn't want to risk using an unmarked DVD.

The software works great when you ask the seller to run a Teamviewer session on your computer. The program works perfectly on my computer. The quality of the cable is excellent and I am happy to pay extra for this cable as it can be used on older pre 2007 BMWs and post 2007 BMWs. The seller quickly made an appointment to install the software. Just remember that China is about 12 hours away from our time. I recommend doing this around 9pm, although it's also 9am Chinese time.
