Like everyone else I was skeptical but gave it a try anyway. I need to be able to communicate with all the modules in my son's 2000 BMW 323i to solve the missing handle issue. I installed it on a Windows 7 32bit laptop. I followed the installation instructions on the CD exactly, and voila! I had full communication. The only thing I can't figure out is the switch at the end of the cable. There is no description of what positions do. I got him to talk to the car at the second marker on the left. Used to read data from modules and encode windows etc. Good work. (I have a white circuit board)
