I have these as feet for some of the drawer liners I use in my office. The inserts are too small for the drawer, so they slide a bit. It helps a lot. The rubber is soft enough to offer some traction but not so soft that it doesn't stick or get sticky. I really wish they had a better stick. Sometimes they detach and roll to the bottom of the boxes. I'm not sure if it's because the plastic isn't smooth and transparent (it's a white material that looks a bit like a plate) or something like that. Keep that in mind when buying, but for me it's not an obstacle. It doesn't happen often enough to be uncomfortable. But so far they work very well. The package is a TON for the price and I wouldn't say they work any better or worse than what I can get at an office supply store. Overall not bad.
