Review on 🍎 KOIOS Juicer Extractor, Slow Masticating Cold Press Machine with Reverse Function, Quiet Motor, Juice Jug, and Brush for High Nutrient Yield - Red-Black by Wesley Holmes

We liked the product at first, but after a month of use we noticed that some parts were cracking. We use it once a day to make celery juice and wash the parts at the top of the dishwasher basket according to the manufacturer's instructions. We contacted KOIOS immediately after discovering the cracks and sent them photos upon request. They replied and said they would send parts. The next day they asked if we would like to replace the product, which was good too. We have offered to send them the original for further investigation as to why so many cracks have formed - we have not received an answer to this question. Their email stated that due to COVID delays, a new one could take longer than the normal 3-6 business days to be dispatched. That was over a month ago. We still haven't received a replacement. I sent a polite email last week asking if there was a tracking number for a package they could send me. No Answer. I sent a follow up email this week. No Answer. I called twice and left voice messages. There is no answer to any. Now I'm wondering if they're going out of business. For now I highly recommend staying away from this company and the juicer. When by some miracle we get our replacement I will update this review.
