Flexibility does NOT affect accuracy!
I'll admit, I was a little skeptical due to the fact that is wasn't hard plastic. I figured it would take my time since it's SO flexible. Nope, this thermometer is very well made. My grandson was sick and this was perfect to.try on him. He's only 2 and pretty wiggly when you try to take his temp. This was perfect. I didn't have to worry if he walked around with it or anything. 30 seconds later we have an accurate temperature! We love it! Will be order more for gifts at baby showers. This really is great!
