Review on 🧻 Tork Xpress White Countertop Multifold Hand Towel Dispenser - Efficient One-at-a-Time Dispensing with Elevation Design by Jason Vigil

This is a beautiful bathroom accessory and initially worked great for distributing towels around my guest bathroom. However, a little over eight months after purchase, it turned out that the spring had become weak and could not powerfully dispense towels as before. After I removed the towels and returned the dispenser cart to its lowest position, I heard a "pop" sound. After removing the top of the dispenser, I noticed that a thin piece of plastic had snapped off that was attaching the dispenser's spring-loaded base to the top carriage. After removing the top, it turns out that the towel platform is supported by a very thin spring that holds the towels in place. I believe this spring has lost tension over time with the addition of cloths and is now not performing as efficiently. A real shame as it is a beautiful piece and the only table top dispenser system of its kind that I can find. Tork needs to improve its internals, especially the spring, to have a top-notch product.
