When the malfunctioning one finally arrived, the SIM card slot had to be removed immediately, and doing so was a very difficult process because it appeared to have been put on the incorrect side at the factory (it was done that way, so it was easy to confuse). Unfortunately, the SIM card did not function. According to the findings of the investigation conducted by the Citilink support center, the slot was damaged because it was being used incorrectly. It would appear that this is a game of chance given that a phone may arrive with a damaged SIM card slot and you are unable to provide any further evidence. A snapshot taken with a microscope showing a broken port was provided by the SC along with the inevitable denial (who would doubt that it is broken). I'm not sure if the issue occurred because Xiaomi was put together incorrectly at the manufacturing or because Citilink employees climbed into a crate in the warehouse, but regardless of who was at fault, the phone was rendered useless, and you have no way of proving anything to anyone.
