Poor tolerances. Too much force was required to install the impeller onto the shaft because the keyway was too narrow. The seal required excessive force to insert into the pump housing. The nylon seal OD was too small and the ID too small to fit on the shaft and had to be enlarged. Everything fitted together, but it was very uncomfortable and you had to be careful. My 1984 Chrysler Force 125 outboard was tank tested. I hope the impeller stays at full speed in open water. The thought of taking this impeller off the shaft and doing everything new scares me. I want to buy from another seller.
