I didn't like that these dishes didn't dry overnight. Prolonged exposure to moisture encourages bacterial growth. I live in the high desert of central Oregon and we have very low humidity. Everything dries quickly here. My sponges and other dishcloths also dry out quickly. I used a large cloth and when it got wet it turned gray and looked dirty. Basically, I just couldn't use them.
