The ability for users across different locations/companies with no IT department access can be used without any issues from our end as it is hosted by another organisation (the same one that hosts all other services).
It's not always easy finding out what features they have available so I would suggest contacting them directly if unsure about their capabilities before signing up - there may also be additional costs involved which could make this an expensive option depending how many people will use these tools at once time etc. We're able solve some problems around data storage but haven't found anything particularly useful yet!
