Easy integration with all platforms
SecureVideo is easy to use and the support is very friendly. I highly recommend SecureVideo for the medical professionals who are looking to incorporate videoconferencing into their medical practices. I use SecureVideo to help my patients who are unable to come to my office. I am able to help my patients who live in the area, patients who are unable to come to my office, and patients who live out-of-state. I am able to help my patients who are unable to come to my office, patients who are unable to come to my office, and patients who live out-of-state.
Pros
- The software helps with making patient encounters much easier.
- Easy integration between doctors’ desks at different locations as well within ones own practice (ease when working remotely)
- Excellent customer service; phone call response time was fast!
- We've loved using this product throughout our entire experience thus far..it works so effectively!! :) It's wonderful!!!
Cons
- No downsides really..but we'd like it better if they could be more
