So when I launched the Airpod Max, I was skeptical. I couldn't imagine how they would outperform my Bose Quiet Comforts. I mean Bose is one of the best right? Well there was. My niece and her husband came to visit and brought their Maxes with them. I vowed never to spend that much on headphones... and then I gave them a listen. MY GOD! With Spatial Audio recently introduced by Apple, these things are amazing! I just knew my wife wouldn't let me order them at such a high price...then she stopped them. She asked me to order this pair for us. I get her at work on weekdays, she at home sewing while I take care of the kids. (That's why she can't hear them) The noise cancellation is by far the best I've experienced. The pass-thru option also lets you hear around you if you need to. And the sound quality, they can't be beat. You are really amazing! I was concerned about getting an updated set but to save money I gave it a try and wasn't disappointed. You are brand new. No scratches or anything missing from the packaging. No complaints here at all...except that I want us to have two couples! 😉If in doubt, order. You will not be disappointed!
