This product works wonders for very dry, cracked hands that result from repeated washing at my job with a registered nurse. I had thumbs with cracked cuticles and no other products or procedures helped. After receiving this hand cream it only took a few days to see a huge difference and overall improvement. The skin on my arms healed within a week. I tried bandages and ointments for months. It didn't work, but it definitely will! Doesn't look like a normal hand cream. It softens the cuticles and moisturizes the skin almost instantly. I use it every day at the end of my shift and my hands look very healthy. As a registered nurse, I wash my hands 20 to 30 times a day. With Working Hands o'keeffe, I don't have to worry about injuries resulting from proper infection control practices like washing my hands several times a day. I will never use anything else again! That's great! I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Yes, it's more expensive than other products, but it'll do a lot better than those big bottles of lotion. This small tube is equivalent to a giant bottle of hand lotion. You don't have to use it as often as the cheaper products and even then you get much better results. Try it, you will like it.
