Good for the price. does the job.
They work fine. They do more to keep a child or animal from being cooped up in a room than actually protecting them from pinched fingers, but they get the job done. The problem is the hinge - my kids are of an age where they are curious and intrigued by things like the gap in the hinge. Like I said, they don't help at all. But! I've found that attaching the anti-pinch guard to the hinge itself (vertically) helps. They still pinch their fingers, but at least they can't pinch them. Babies. The soft foam also unintentionally became a teething toy for my little ones, that's all. I also really like bright colors and animals.
