I've read some negative reviews and this is the first thing I think of when using this type of equipment always wear safety goggles. . My blade broke and hit my hand (I didn't use a guard). Broken bits are actually normal, believe it or not, even if you've used a quality circular tool. For what you get it's good value for money. I don't think I've seen another circular tool with the same number of extensions at this price point. However, you must set your expectations. This system isn't perfect, but if you don't want to spend $120 on a quality tool, it's good enough for short-term use. Then I noticed that the tool has some disadvantages. 1) The extension cord requires high speed - perhaps because it lacks torque. 2) The cable slips into the collet. 3) If you overtighten you will actually start tearing two plastic pieces of clam shell. You can damage the tool by over-tightening since some of the tension is on the plastic. This is a bad design choice. 4) About 1/10th of the time I turned it on, it just wouldn't start. This was actually a deal breaker for me because it could mean the difference between accidentally cutting my finger while trying to figure out what went wrong. find anywhere for the same price. I've had some success with the tool after some patience. I broke 4 cutting discs in a row and bought new ones. With the new cutting discs I took out about 10 nails.
