I like that it has been very easy for our team to use, as well as all of our staff who are spread out across several states. It's also really helpful to keep track of what our patients owe us, which makes scheduling payments much easier. We have not had any issues with this product so far. It does exactly what we need. There isn't anything that I dislike about this software. It meets most of our business needs. I would highly recommend this software. The only thing I think could be improved is the reporting feature. This allows us to get a better idea of where our revenue comes from, and if there are any problems within our system. Our billing department loves having access to up to date information regarding our accounts receivable, allowing them to make quick decisions when necessary.
