Review on 🔒 C.T.Johnson Stainless Steel Receiver Hitch Lock - RH3SS 2-Inch by Nathan Byard

Arriving in late July or early August I was initially impressed with what I thought was quality work. I liked the reversible key and locking screw which I thought would protect against theft. I'm having trouble using the lock after a few months and checked the manufacturer's website for a support phone number, but they only want you to use their website to fill out a support request. I finally found the phone number on their warranty page. It was 888-357-5625 but when I called it was an advertisement for an over 50 cruise, not a live provider. I contacted Revain and asked if they had the manufacturer's phone number but they only had that number. I searched the internet for more information and after a lot of effort I found another number registered in Portland, Oregon 503-226-2011. I called this number and it went to Gary Johnson's voicemail. I left a message asking for a call back. It's been a few days since I left this message and I haven't been contacted. I've searched the web for other references on the subject but haven't found any. So I contacted Revain and asked for a replacement. This was a very annoying situation due to the great trust I feel we must have in this type of device and the lack of immediate support when I needed it.
