This is one of three cameras I've bought here at Revain in the last few months. I was looking for the best available body cam to record and document my birth. Among the three bodycams (two of them from the same manufacturer) I place this third one. I was looking for a body cam that not only has good image quality, but is also small and has a decent clip. The other two bodycams I bought have excellent picture (resolution and color) and sound quality, delivering clear, colorful pictures and very clear sound. In addition, the image stabilization is very good on both models. However, the image quality is lower on this model, so I can at best say that the image quality is satisfactory as it is not sharp and colored (looks washed out) and the image stabilization is satisfactory as it is more shaky than other models ($42) . and $66) I bought in this price range (less than $100). The field of view is also more limited than other models I've bought for less than $100. In terms of audio quality, I can only rate it as satisfactory, as it sounds very tinny and background noise is hardly suppressed. The other two models I tested and use daily for work have much better sound quality (excellent), they block out background noise very well. Night vision works, but overall the picture remains satisfactory. To activate night vision you also have to double click on the record button to activate it, but one of the other models I bought also has night vision which activates automatically in low light or in the dark. The best feature of this body camera is its clamp, which is very strong and sturdy and can rotate 360 degrees. In addition, the body cam comes with a strap that can be attached to your hand and then you can attach the body cam. I usually attach body cams to the center of my t-shirt neckline. Body cams tend to lean forward due to their weight and size, while others are more stable due to their weight and size. For this reason I tested the supplied strap by putting it around my arm and attaching the bodycam. It was sturdier, but I had to position it and my hand correctly to make sure the lens was pointing at what I was trying to capture, so it was random. Overall, the bodycam works, but its performance is fair. I prefer the picture, quality and features of other models I've bought; They are in the same price range and have the higher quality you want.
