Poor design, won't stay on

The suction cup on this sink cart won't work no matter how hard you try to seal it and the top 'lip' catching on the edge of the sink is also not strong enough to hold it. No matter what you do, it just crashes after an hour or so. I have a large rectangular stainless steel sink with no rounded parts to interfere with the vacuum seal. It just seems poorly designed and untested in the real world. I should also mention that it looks a little bigger in the stock photos than it really is. The brush and hanging cloth in the photo must be smaller than average. It doesn't hold a regular size dish brush as clean as in the photo.
