They replaced my 30 year old oxidized taillights and made my truck safer to drive. Now I could see my reverse lights and I'm sure other drivers could see my brake lights! The lights come with spare screws which you should discard if you still have the original stainless steel hex head screws installed from the factory. Just install and get started. Incidentally, the chrome/metal frame has to be slipped over the lenses and then bent over to fix them. It wasn't all that heavy and the lenses contrast with the rest of the body of your 30 year old pickup truck.
